I am a freelance translator with several years' experience in the profession, particularly in the fields of law and EU matters.

I am an English native speaker, and having lived in several different cities and countries I'm now happily settled with my husband and cat in South-East London. I have real passion for my profession and thoroughly enjoy what I do.

I am have an MA in Translation and Linguistics (Westminster University). My first degree was a BA (Hons) in French and Spanish from Cardiff University. My work history includes a number of years as an in-house translator.

With professional accreditation through the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) and the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), I can offer a reliable, fast-response language service tailored to your needs.

I am committed to developing and expanding on my existing knowledge through continuing professional development, and in order to achieve this I regularly attend courses and also try to maximise exposure to my source languages and specialist fields. As a member of the aforementioned professional organizations I am also bound by their professional codes of conduct (see IOL Code of Conduct and ITI Code of Conduct).
